Please note that we are currently unable to provide technical assistance for solar systems that were not installed by Cambridge Solar or Exeo Energy. If this applies to your system, we recommend contacting the original installer or the relevant product manufacturer for support.

If your solar system was installed by Cambridge Solar or Exeo Energy, please reach out to us at support@cambridge-solar.co.uk and include the following details in your message:

  • Full name
  • Contact number
  • Installation address
  • A brief description of the issue or the type of technical assistance you require, along with a description of any LEDs displaying on your inverter/battery/EVCP and any images that may be useful.

Our technical support team aims to respond within 72 hours; however, response times may vary depending on the nature and complexity of your request.

Please note: We are not responsible for your home Wi-Fi connection. If your system has lost internet access, we will be unable to carry out remote diagnostics. In such cases, a site visit may be required and could incur a charge.

Please be aware that response times for Wi-Fi-related issues may be longer during periods of high demand.
